1. Fee Refund Window
At VVRC Education Hub, we strive to deliver top-tier training. If a student is unsatisfied with a course, a refund request can be filed within 7 days of the batch start date. No refund requests will be entertained after 7 days.
2. Non-Refundable Processing Fee
A non-refundable registration and material charge of ₹2,500 will be deducted from the refund amount for IT, competitive exams, or creative arts courses.
3. Batch Transfer & Credit
Instead of a refund, students can request a batch transfer or convert their paid fees into credit points, which can be redeemed for any other upskilling course within 12 months.
4. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer or original payment method within 10-15 working days from the approval date.
