Contact Desk1. Course Cancellation by Student
Students wishing to cancel their enrollment must submit a written request to the admissions desk or send an email to vvrceducationhub@gmail.com. The request must include the Student ID, Course Name, and reason for cancellation.
Cancellations requested prior to batch commencement will receive a refund minus the standard non-refundable registration fee. Requests submitted after batch commencement are not eligible for a refund.
2. Batch Postponement or Cancellation by VVRC
In the rare event that VVRC Education Hub cancels or postpones a scheduled batch due to unforeseen technical difficulties, natural disasters, administrative changes, or low enrollment counts, the following rules apply:
- Students will be notified at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled batch start time.
- Students will be offered a choice of a full (100%) refund of tuition fee paid or an automatic transfer to an active alternative batch/course.
- For transfers, any price difference will be adjusted accordingly (refunded or billed).
3. Subscription & Test Series Cancellation
Online resources, downloadable PDF study guides, mock exam papers, and banking/MPSC practice sets represent digital intellectual property. Once accessed or activated, these digital products are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
